June 20th, the 2nd automatic production line of precision forging graphite in Hongda Graphite Products Co. (HGPC) in Nanshu, Qingdao goes into operation, which may improve the annual output of precision forging graphite 5000tons.

Precision forging graphite produced by HGPC is high purity, ultra-fine natural flake graphite powder (1-2 microns) with the amount of carbon 99.95, with water as the carrier, and is made into water-based graphite lubricant via special method adding moderate amount of additive. This product is a high efficiency mold lubricant in mechanical precision forging industry, popularized all over the world, used in precision forging of the ball cage for auto, or process technology for copper, aluminum alloy forging extrusion. The performance is superior to other graphite lubricant imported of mold release with good lubricity, mold releasing, chemical stability, high temperature adhesion and it improve the using period of molds and quality of forging, easy to use and without contamination of the environment.
