The No.3 factory of Beijing-Hyundai, the whole investment of 6500 million RMB, is constructing in Yangzhen Industrial Zone, Shunyi Dist. of Beijing.  It is divided to two periods and anticipated to launch production in 2012.  During the first period, the production ability is going to reach 300,000 passenger vehicles and 200,000 engines.  After the second period is finished, the annual production ability would reach 400,000 unit passenger vehicles and 400,000 unit engines.

 

The factory??s automatic level is going to reach 70.8 percent.  There are 277 robots in welding workshop which can produce 71 units per hour.

 

Beijing-Hyundai achieved sales of over 700,000 unit vehicles and 62.5 billion RMB in 2010.  After production launched of No.3 factory, its whole production ability will reach million unit vehicles per year.
