45MN Large Fast Speed Forging Hydraulic Unit has been Checked

At the beginning of November 2010, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People''s Republic of China held conference about 45MN large fast speed forging hydraulic unit which is key project in the National Science & Technology Pillar Program during the Eleventh Five-Year plan period. Through discussion, the project obtained acceptance of experts and passed check.
The project was undertaken by Lanzhou Lanshi Group Company Limited (LLGCL). The unit includes press, hydraulic system, two 40t forging manipulators etc. It possesses 13 patents in which there are 6 invention patents. Up to September 2010, LLGCL has manufactured 45MN large fast speed forge hydraulic units for 8 enterprises, and the equipment of 4 enterprises has been put into operation which are Qilu Special Steel Co., Ltd., Western Superconducting Technologies Co., Ltd., Pangang Group Sichuan Changcheng Special Steel Co., Ltd., Tianjin SERI Machinery Equipment Corporation Limited.
