The rail fluid drive forging load machine which was made in our company can arbitrarily transfer and put the forging piece, which weights from 0.6 to 200 ton, from the stuff storeroom to the heating-furnace then to the forging hammer. The machine consists of cart, dolly, bench, clamp frame etc. The mode of transfer motion includes full fluid power, composite of machine and fluid power ete. According to the type of operational workpiece the machine can be classified into hold type ,carry type and V shape type. Recently the speediness die forging load machine has been developed in our company which can satisfied all kinds of user.
The machine can make seven motions, namely cart movement, dolly movement, dolly rotation, claw beam extension, claw beam lift, claw hold, claw hold, claw head rotation. The carrt frame was tank type welding structure, and was driven by motor or electric engine on one-side. The dolly was driven by motor or electric engine and moved forward or backward on the inner railway of the cart frame. The bench was driven by motor or electric and can turn by 360~ and had machine safeguard. The claw beam was driven by oil cylinder and motor and can rotate and hold freely
