The tension straightener is used for matching aluminum extrusion press. Aluminum product will occur deformation of bend and distortion because of cooling deformation and uneven outflow speed of metal leaving die open while being extruded. To obtain eligible product, the product needs to be corrected through stretcher straightener. Through tension deformation, the work piece is straightened and flattened. So it improves the mechanical capability of the product.
The tension straightener is made up of hydraulic station, tension head, fixed head, twisting device and framework etc.
The hydraulic system adopts hydraulic tension oil pump to drive individually and control tension and distortion through electrohydraulic directional valve. The distance of fixed tension head can be suitable for the requirement of tension and distortion for all lengths of product.
Until now our company has already designed many sizes of tension straightener and all of them are well accepted by users.
