Located in Liucun industrial Area in Changping district of Beijing, XLTC covers an area of 5000 M2?? XLTC has certified to ISO9001:2000 in 2001,certified to CE in 2007, certified to CCC in 2008. We have more than 300 employees, with 30 people in the management team and 70 people in the R&D team.
XLTC is equipped with world first class processing facilites, Italian plahno-PLA1530 laser cut; Japanese AMADA laser cut, AMADA AC2510NT2 punching machine, AMADA SRC-100 bending machine; Cerman trubend bending machine with robot; Austrian welding robot; British Taylor CDM9 stud welding machine; German Wagner automatic powder painting line and kathodic electrophoresis dip-coating line etc. Our enclosures have passed the IP56, IP65 Protection Classification test and Impact Resistance test.

Kathodic electrophoresis, as a reliable anti-corrosion protection technology, is that the work piece makes the solid of the painting material to adhere to the surface of the work piece resulting in the electro-deposition in the water-based painting liquor by the electrical current, forming the painting process of the painting film(includes the electrophoresis and wash after deposition coating etc.), suitable for the primer coating of metal surface with high requirement for the corrosion resistance. XLTC designed and manufactured TC-9000 control cabinet is made of 2.0mm steel plate.
